Simon Craddock Simon Craddock, Senior Legal Counsel, Advisory and M&A Legal at Commonwealth Bank
Simon is a leading corporate and commercial lawyer who provides legal, regulatory, risk and governance advice in relation to the delivery of financial and insurance products and services.  With over 18 years’ experience gained in private practice and in-house (Dutch, Australian and US banks), Simon is engaged as a Senior Legal Counsel in Corporate & Treasury Legal with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. In addition, Simon gives back to the community by volunteering as a Board Member of Being (formerly NSW Consumer Advisory Group – Mental Health Inc), engaging as an Executive Committee Member of ACC NSW and mentoring with the New South Wales Law Society Young Lawyers Mentoring Program. 
Theo Kapodistrias Theo Kapodistrias, General Counsel, UpGuard
Theo Kapodistrias is a multi-national award-winning lawyer and keynote speaker. Currently he is the General Counsel at UpGuard. He is the Tasmanian Divisional President and Director of ACC Australia. Theo is also the Chair of the Sole Legal Officer Special Interest Group. In addition, Theo has a strong involvement in the community as a Tasmanian Ambassador and Industry Champion with Business Events Tasmania and as the Director and Licensee of TEDxHobart. He recently launched his keynote speaker business helping individuals to be seen, be heard, and make an impact www.theokap.com.au.
Steve Clayton Steve Clayton, Senior Legal Counsel, HERE Technologies
Steve is an experienced corporate lawyer who has spent the majority of his career working in-house at multinational companies. He has broad experience advising on a variety of matters, including commercial transactions and contracting, intellectual property, employment, technology, privacy, disputes, governance, risk and regulatory compliance. In his current role, he works for a global technology company as the sole legal counsel supporting the Oceania-region. Steve partners closely with key stakeholders and routinely counsels senior managers on all things legal.
Nicole Mumford

Nicole Mumford, Legal Advisor - Retail, Alinta Energy
Nicole is a Legal Counsel in RAC’s Group Legal and Governance team, providing corporate governance and general commercial legal support across RAC’s diverse subsidiaries.  Nicole has worked in Big Law, NewLaw, and now in-house, and loves talking legal ops, intellectual property, and consumer protection.  Nicole was recognised in the Australasian Lawyers Rising Star List for 2020 and was a finalist in both the ACC’s ‘New To In-House’ Lawyer of the Year Award in 2020 and the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards in the ‘Corporate Counsel’ category in 2020 and 2021.  She currently sits on the ACC’s ‘New To In-House’ and ‘Legal Technology and Innovation’ Committees, and was previously a member of the Pride WA Management Committee, the Law Society of Western Australia’s Intellectual Property and Technology Committee, and the Perth Young Professionals Committee.

Andrew Paloni Andrew Paloni, Senior Legal Counsel, AIMS
Andrew is Senior Legal Counsel at the Australian Institute of Marine Science (AIMS), Australia’s tropical marine research agency, based in Townsville. He applies his experience and expertise in contracting, intellectual property, operations, privacy and compliance to support AIMS achieve its Strategy 2025 targets. Andrew also leads the legal aspects of AIMS’ Indigenous Partnerships program and is a member of IP Australia’s inter-departmental Indigenous Knowledge Working Group. Andrew previously worked in environmental, planning and property law in private practice in both Sydney and Townsville, and in-house in the tertiary education sector in Canberra.
