The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) is the world's largest organization serving the professional and business interests of attorneys who practice in the legal departments of corporations, associations, nonprofits and other private-sector organizations around the globe.

Join ACC

ACC's Litigation Committee has delineated several interest and affinity groups to better serve the needs of the membership.

Cyber Security Working Group

The mission of the Cyber Security Working Group is to keep up to date with this evolving field, share best practices among the ACC community, and provide thought leadership on issues of concern to in-house counsel. The chair of the working group sits on the Executive Council of the Litigation Network.

In-house Litigator Subcommittee

The mission of the In-house Litigator Subcommittee is focused on the development of resources and events, and meeting the needs of those members who actively litigate cases as part of their in-house position, as opposed to manage litigation. The chair of the subcommittee sits on the Executive Council of the Litigation Network.

Past Chair and Chapter Liaison Council

The mission of the Past Chair and Chapter Liaison Council is to:

  • Recognize the accomplishments of past chairs of the Litigation Network and invite those who want to remain active the opportunity to do so
  • Act as an ongoing liaison with the local chapters in which the past chairs are members.

The Past Chair and Chapter Liaison Council consists of the following members:

  • Ed Paulis (2015–2016), Baltimore Chapter
  • Jennifer Mailander (2014–2015), National Capital Region
