Erin is a wife, mom to 2 amazing daughters, and former lawyer turned life coach for attorneys. After finding herself drowning under high pressure and suffering from chronic anxiety, she left the law to pursue success on her terms. Knowing that there was a better way, she created Erin Gerner Coaching to provide to other attorneys what she desperately needed in her years of practice. Through a decade-long journey of self-discovery, Erin has developed the tools to help lawyers break free from toxic legal narratives. Erin shows her fellow lawyers that they are not alone and provides them with the support and tools they need to get back in the driver’s seat of their lives.
